Message from the CEO

For 32 years, the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority (ISFA) has operated Guaranteed Rate Field (GRF) in partnership with the Chicago White Sox. We are incredibly proud of our ballpark, the surrounding community, and the memories it creates, including a World Series, an All-Star Game, and so much more.

Fans from all over travel to Guaranteed Rate Field to not just watch the White Sox play.  Over the years ISFA has hosted a number of non-baseball events, including concerts for Bruce Springsteen, The Rolling Stones, Chance the Rapper, Alicia Keys, and Common to name a few, and this year RBD will be performing.   We have hosted collegiate football, boxing matches, and even a golf event.  With over 38 acres of parking lot space ISFA continues to host outdoor events, including charity walks and car events.

With the expressway running along Guaranteed Rate Field downtown Chicago is only minutes away, and with the CTA Red Line train and Metra Rock Island train having stops a block from the ballpark public transportation could not be closer.

There are four levels of seating at the GRF, including private suites, there is not a bad seat in the park.  Numerous amenities can be found inside the stadium, including indoor dining options, a two-level fan deck in center field, a multi-tiered Kids-Zone and three scoreboards to name a few.

The ISFA board and staff are made up of dedicated individuals who year after year commit to ensuring Guaranteed Rate Field is ready for the baseball season and any other event hosted at the stadium.

Thank you to our surrounding communities, local officials, the State of Illinois, the City of Chicago, the Chicago White Sox, and the Chicago Park District for their constant support.

Sincerely,

Frank Bilecki
