Maureen Gorski

Director of Facilities

Maureen Gorski is the Director of Facilities for the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority. She has over 30 years of construction and financial management experience, as well as an extensive technical knowledge of IT software and programs. Ms. Gorski is responsible for capital improvement processes, contract bidding, capital budgeting, tenant relations and accounting of all owner- initiated construction and maintenance projects.

Prior to her service at the Authority, she served as Vice President of Operations and Controller of a suburban developer/builder/management company focusing on the construction housing and retail development markets.

Ms. Gorski also served as the Construction & Accounting Manager for the Metropolitan Structures which was a multi-million dollar developer and build-out of several Chicago well known buildings. These buildings include The Fairmont Hotel, Illinois Center Office Complex, One South Wacker and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
