P.J. Frayer

Director of Administration

P.J. Frayer is the Director of Administration at the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority.  Ms. Frayer serves as ISFA’s primary contact for the numerous community events the Authority supports at Guaranteed Rate Field.  She handles all the administrative coordination with various nonprofit organizations including rental agreements, insurance, safety, promotion and overall use of the ballpark’s facilities.

Ms. Frayer also coordinates ISFA’s White Sox ticket donation program, which provides a limited number of free tickets to community-based organizations for their use in fundraising efforts and special events.  She monitors the ISFA suite, assuring compliance of the use of the suite on game days.

Ms. Frayer works closely with ISFA’s Executive Director and General Counsel on all fee-based events held at Guaranteed Rate Field.  This includes coordination, as necessary, with the Mayor’s Office of Special Events, the Illinois Film Office, concert and sports event organizers and promoters to ensure permits and regulations are met for each event.

Ms. Frayer is also responsible for office management at ISFA.  She maintains office files and records, the ISFA calendar and handles and routes correspondence and calls to appropriate ISFA staff.  Ms. Frayer provides administrative support to the Authority’s Board of Directors and assists in the preparation and distribution of agendas, resolutions and ordinances.  She coordinates and ensures timely posting and notification of all public meetings.
